RESERVATIONS & BOOKING

    • To modify, cancel, or change your reservation, click the "MODIFY YOUR RESERVATION" button in your confirmation email.

    • Changes must be made before the 72-hour window before your reservation start time.

    • Within 72 hours, no modifications or refunds can be made, but reservations can be transferred by contacting info@hookhall.com.

  • The fee is for renting your space and amenities; it does not go toward food or drinks.

    • Call (202) 629-4339 to inform the team.

    • Reservations are limited to 2 hours and start at the actual reservation time, not arrival time.

    • If you're more than 30 minutes late, your reservation may be given to another party. If this happens, the team will try to accommodate you but cannot guarantee a new table.

  • Yes, walk-ins are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis depending on availability.

  • Each reservable area has capacity limits. Contact info@hookhall.com to request an expansion of your guest count.

  • Check with a hostess or server. Reservations can be extended in 2-hour increments based on availability.

  • If you have a reservation in The Garden, and we are experiencing severe cold or other inclement weather in the region, please feel free to reach out regarding moving your reservation indoors.

OTHERS

  • Outside food and beverages are not allowed. Cakes or cupcakes for milestone events are permitted, but you must bring your own plates, and cutlery.

    • A pre-authorized $50 charge is placed for PCI compliance.

    • This charge disappears in 48-72 business hours, and you are only charged the amount on your final bill.

    • A 20% hospitality fee is added to all checks to go towards providing fair wages and benefits, such as health insurance and 401K benefits, for our crew. This hospitality fee is reflected on all checks.

  • No, Hook Hall is a cashless venue for the safety of our crew.

  • Yes! Pets must be leashed and supervised at all times.

    • Hook Hall is a smoke & vape-free venue.

    • Smoking is only allowed in the designated area outside the front gate.
